Welcome to The Wragby Surgery
With patient’s needs being at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
Get Well, Keep Well
Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
We hope you enjoy having a look around the site and familiarising yourself with some of the online features. Whatever your thoughts, be sure to let us know via our feedback function. Comments and suggestions are always a great way of helping us continue to enhance the way we look after you.
There is wheelchair access into the surgery and into all consulting rooms. A wheelchair is available on request, for carers to use, please ask at Reception.
There is a door bell for patients who require assistance or you can ring the surgery on (01673) 858206) from the car park, to ask the receptionist for assistance.
We have a hearing loop and a large print practice leaflet.
Book/Cancel appointments, order your repeat prescription and view parts of your medical record.
You can now view, book, cancel appointments, order your repeat medication and request access to view some of your medical records. You will need to register for this service before you can use it. To register you will need to visit the surgery and bring with you a form of photographic ID and a document which confirms your current address. The Receptionist can then issue you with your unique login details and you can start to use the system.
Parents and Guardians can register their children for this service. However, once the child reaches 12 years of age, the registration will automatically end and the child will need to register in their own right.
All patients at Wragby Surgery are required to have a named GP who is responsible for the co-ordination of all services under the GMS contract. This does not restrict you to seeing one GP, you are welcome to see any GP, subject to availability. If you would like to know who your named GP is please ask at reception.
